Kinds of evidence, and what each one answers

Evidence comes in different kinds, each answering a different question. Methodology answers how AGIMEX works. Design, proposal, implementation and commissioning answer what was done on a specific project. A measured result answers what a system achieved against a baseline. A project study carries the kinds of evidence that actually exist behind it.

Methodology
How does AGIMEX work? Applies to every engagement, independent of any project.
Design
Which engineering and design scope was completed — calculated, specified and documented?
Proposal
Which defined technical solution and engineering scope was proposed?
Implementation
What physical work was carried out?
Commissioning
What was tested against written acceptance criteria?
Measured result
What did the system achieve against a baseline over time?

These are kinds of evidence, not a quality ranking. Methodology is not weaker evidence of a project; it answers a different question, and when choosing an engineering practice it is often the more decisive one. Each project study carries only the kinds its evidence supports, and no others.

Project studies as evidence, not as advertising

The studies published here range from an implemented and commissioned field system to design scope and technical proposals: what was engineered, specified, calculated, documented, offered or delivered in the field. AGIMEX publishes each study at the strongest evidence level its record supports while respecting client confidentiality. Where a study’s record does not cover procurement, installation, commissioning or measurement, none of those is claimed — not because the work was small, but because an unevidenced delivery claim would make every other statement on this site worth less.

Why the studies are anonymised

Client identity, site location and identifying layout details are withheld. Agricultural projects reveal commercially sensitive information through their geometry alone: parcel shape, source position and capacity can identify an operation to anyone who knows the region. Anonymising is a condition of being trusted with that information in the first place. What is published is the engineering reasoning, which is the part that is transferable anyway.

How to read the status of a study

Turnkey delivery, including installation and commissioning, is part of what AGIMEX undertakes; a study’s label describes what that study evidences, not the limit of that capability. Three labels are in use today. Implemented and commissioned means the record supports field delivery of the stated scope — supply, installation, automation and commissioning; it does not by itself mean that a water, energy or yield result was measured. Design completed means the record supports completion of the stated engineering and design scope — calculations, specifications, schedules and documentation — and nothing beyond it: it does not by itself mean that equipment was procured, installed or commissioned, or that performance was measured. Technical proposal means the record supports a defined technical proposal and its proposed engineering scope; it does not mean that a contract was awarded or that field implementation followed. An operational-result label is reserved for studies whose records include measurement against a baseline; no study carries it today. A study carries the highest label its record supports, not the highest one that would read well.

What a project study will not tell you

It will not give you a saving percentage, a yield figure or a payback period. Those require measurement against a baseline over time, and where that measurement does not exist, publishing the number would be inventing it. If you need evidence at that level for a decision you are making, the honest answer is which evidence exists and which does not — and that is a conversation we would rather have directly.

Turnkey Agricultural Projects

For investors and agricultural operations, AGIMEX undertakes turnkey and integrated agricultural projects — turnkey greenhouse, orchard, irrigation and field irrigation projects — combining project development and engineering, procurement and supply, systems integration, installation, automation, testing and commissioning within one agreed scope. “Turnkey” describes that integrated delivery scope, not a fixed EPC or lump-sum contract model; responsibilities are defined in each contract.

Irrigation Engineering & Water Management

Irrigation design and engineering for commercial farms, orchards and greenhouses, and turnkey irrigation and field irrigation projects: AGIMEX carries crop-led hydraulic design and system specification and, within the agreed scope, procurement and supply, fertigation, automation, installation, testing and commissioning. AGIMEX does not manufacture irrigation equipment.

Greenhouse Projects

Greenhouse project design and engineering, and turnkey greenhouse projects, for growers and investors: AGIMEX connects crop strategy, structure, water, nutrients, climate and control in one design and, within the agreed scope, carries systems integration, procurement and supply, irrigation, fertigation, automation, installation, testing and commissioning. AGIMEX does not manufacture greenhouse structures; they come from qualified manufacturers.

Data-Driven Agriculture

For farms, greenhouses and agricultural investments with installed or planned infrastructure: AGIMEX defines the measurement architecture and monitoring requirements, reads operating data against the engineering design, and sets up decision support and performance evaluation. This is engineering and agronomic decision support, not a software product.

Agribusiness Advisory

Agricultural feasibility studies, technical due diligence, project preparation and design review for agricultural investments — advisory grounded in production systems, technical feasibility and operating realities.
