PRIVACY NOTICE
Agimex Proje Limited Şirketi ("Agimex") processes your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Information required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for enquirers in the European Union is also included in this notice.

2. Processed Personal Data
The project enquiry form processes the following personal data:
— Contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name.
— Project details: the type of support sought, country and region, crop, project area and area unit, project stage, primary need, and the short description you write.
— Technical data: the site language you used, a form session timestamp kept to prevent automated submissions, and the source of your enquiry: the page you submitted the form from, the first page of your visit and, where present, the referring site and campaign tags (UTM). The source information is not stored in your browser; it is sent only if you submit the form, together with your enquiry.
Detailed field drawings, commercial documents and client identities are not collected through the form.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
— Your contact and project details are processed to evaluate your enquiry, clarify the project scope and respond to you. Legal basis: processing is directly related to entering into a contract at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
— Technical data is processed to prevent automated submissions and to know which page an enquiry came from. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
— Correspondence about enquiries that become contracts is kept to meet our legal retention obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Your explicit consent is not requested for this processing. The required form fields are needed to respond to your request; without them your enquiry cannot be evaluated. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
4. Method of Collection
Data is collected electronically from you through the project enquiry form on this site; technical data is collected automatically from your browser when the form is submitted.
5. Recipients and Transfers Abroad
Your enquiry is transmitted and stored through the following service providers, which process it on behalf of Agimex only to provide their service:
— Cloudflare, Inc. (US-based, global network): secure transmission of the form connection.
— Amazon Web Services: the form server (Germany), email delivery (Amazon SES) and the corporate mailbox (Amazon WorkMail) (USA).
— Google (Firebase Hosting): hosting of the website; your IP address is technically processed when pages are requested.
— Simple Analytics B.V. (the Netherlands): site usage statistics (section 7).
Your data is therefore transferred outside Türkiye, to Germany, the Netherlands and the USA.
6. Retention Period
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract, and their technical data, are kept for 2 years from the date of the enquiry and then deleted. Correspondence about enquiries that lead to a contract is kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code.
7. Site Usage Statistics
To understand how the site is used, we use Simple Analytics (Simple Analytics B.V., the Netherlands). Simple Analytics uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not keep your IP address and does not identify you. Only aggregate data is processed: the page viewed, the referring site, country, device and browser type, page load speed, and counts of interactions such as buttons, contact links and form submissions. What you type into the form is never sent with these interactions.
8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7 and notification of these actions to the recipients; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the European Union, under the GDPR you may also request restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
You may send requests in writing to the address above, or to hi@agimex.com.tr from an email address you have previously given us and that is in our records. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
