Tell us what you want to produce, where the project stands and what kind of support you are looking for. A useful first enquiry usually covers the project type and the scope you have in mind (feasibility, design, turnkey delivery, modernisation or decision support); the country and broad location; the crop or production objective; the approximate scale; whether it is a new investment or an existing operation; for irrigation work, the water source; the current stage and any existing drawings or studies; and the target schedule and where procurement or the investment decision stands. Approximate answers are fine — say which figures are estimates.
If you are not sure which capability you need
That is a normal starting point and not a problem to solve before making contact. Most agricultural investments need more than one of the five capabilities, and which one leads is something the project determines rather than the buyer. Describe the situation in your own terms; sorting it into the right scope is our work, not yours.
What happens after you get in touch
AGIMEX reviews the initial information first. Where the project fits AGIMEX’s capabilities, the next step is a technical clarification: the requirement, the inputs that already exist, the deliverables expected, the responsibility boundaries and the stage the project has reached. A scope — and, where appropriate, a proposal — is prepared from that. Whether the work becomes a feasibility or due-diligence assignment, a design engagement or turnkey delivery through installation and commissioning is decided in that scope rather than at first contact, and exact responsibilities are set in the agreement.
Share information in stages
Begin with a non-confidential outline. Site drawings, water analyses, commercial documents and client identities can be shared later through an agreed process when the scope makes that necessary. Nothing you send at this stage needs to be complete or confidential.
