Solutions & Sectors

Production systems in which AGIMEX's engineering approach applies — field crops, orchards, protected production, nurseries and agricultural investments.

Sectors are application contexts, not a record of experience

The production systems described here are contexts in which the same engineering approach applies. Listing a sector means the discipline is relevant to it and the capability exists for it. It does not assert a completed project in that sector, and where a published project study exists it is linked from the relevant capability page rather than implied here.

Field crops, orchards and vineyards

Permanent and row crops differ in what the irrigation system has to accommodate: rooting depth and pattern, mechanisation and traffic, canopy development, and how much the operation can differentiate management between blocks. Terrain and parcel geometry usually decide the block architecture before any equipment question arises, and water quality decides how much maintenance the design commits the operation to. AGIMEX undertakes turnkey orchard projects on this basis, combining irrigation, fertigation and automation within the agreed scope.

Protected production and nurseries

Greenhouses, tunnels and propagation facilities compress the same problems into a smaller buffer. Root volume is limited, climate is actively controlled rather than accepted, and the interaction between irrigation, fertigation, drainage and climate is tight enough that solving one in isolation shows up as cost in the others. Propagation and rooting facilities add internal logistics as a design constraint on the structure itself.

Agricultural investments and institutional projects

For investors, funds and institutional teams the unit of work is the investment rather than the field: whether the technical basis supports the case, what has been assumed rather than established, and which questions have to be closed before capital is committed. This context usually needs advisory and engineering together, because the technical answer changes the commercial one.

Turnkey Agricultural Projects

For investors and agricultural operations, AGIMEX undertakes turnkey and integrated agricultural projects — turnkey greenhouse, orchard, irrigation and field irrigation projects — combining project development and engineering, procurement and supply, systems integration, installation, automation, testing and commissioning within one agreed scope. “Turnkey” describes that integrated delivery scope, not a fixed EPC or lump-sum contract model; responsibilities are defined in each contract.

Irrigation Engineering & Water Management

Irrigation design and engineering for commercial farms, orchards and greenhouses, and turnkey irrigation and field irrigation projects: AGIMEX carries crop-led hydraulic design and system specification and, within the agreed scope, procurement and supply, fertigation, automation, installation, testing and commissioning. AGIMEX does not manufacture irrigation equipment.

Greenhouse Projects

Greenhouse project design and engineering, and turnkey greenhouse projects, for growers and investors: AGIMEX connects crop strategy, structure, water, nutrients, climate and control in one design and, within the agreed scope, carries systems integration, procurement and supply, irrigation, fertigation, automation, installation, testing and commissioning. AGIMEX does not manufacture greenhouse structures; they come from qualified manufacturers.

Data-Driven Agriculture

For farms, greenhouses and agricultural investments with installed or planned infrastructure: AGIMEX defines the measurement architecture and monitoring requirements, reads operating data against the engineering design, and sets up decision support and performance evaluation. This is engineering and agronomic decision support, not a software product.

Agribusiness Advisory

Agricultural feasibility studies, technical due diligence, project preparation and design review for agricultural investments — advisory grounded in production systems, technical feasibility and operating realities.
